Here, at ACT Qualified Driving Academy, we prioritize providing quality instruction and exceptional service to all our students. Due to the nature of our scheduling and resource commitments, all payments for our services are non-refundable.  This policy ensures that we can allocate resources effectively, including reserving certified instructors and maintaining our fleet of vehicles. Once a payment is processed, it covers not only the direct costs of your instruction but also the administrative efforts involved in securing your appointments.
